  • Why do we charge a service fee?
    A small service fee is included when you book your cruise with us. Hiring a Travel Professional is just like hiring a professional in any other field. We provide a service. We have the expertise to solve a problem or create the outcome you need. Have you ever worked for a job, given them 20 to 40 hours of your time just for them not to pay you, maybe even fire you and hire someone else? Of course not. But what if you did? Creating custom travel experiences are important to us. Our team has gone through extensive training to do what they do. Our time is valuable. In an effort to help us assist you, we have implemented a small fee to retain our services as your personal travel advisors. To begin, there is a non-refundable Consultation/Research Fee plus processing fee for all trips. This fee Is due at the time of your request for services. Your travel request cannot be processed without it. No exceptions. ​ After submitting your request, an agent from our team will contact you regarding your request to finalize the details and begin creating your ultimate travel experience.   • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We can only accept credit or debit card as payment for your travel. No exceptions. This includes: American Express MasterCard Visa
  • Do I have to keep the travel insurance?
    That is absolutely up to you. We include travel protection with every quote and every trip that we book. You are welcome to decline travel protection. However, we highly recommend travel protection for your trip. Let's face it, life happens - even on vacation. We want you to be prepared for any mishaps. If you choose not to accept travel protection, you MUST sign a Travel Protection Waiver form relieving Her Travel Experience, LLC from all liabilities and indicating that you would not like to protect your trip. This means you and your group will be responsible for any mishaps that takes place during your trip.
  • What's included in the price of my cruise?
    A well deserved getaway! Your stateroom, featuring the Carnival Comfort Bed Collection and nightly turndown service... additional stateroom features include a television, in-stateroom safe, individual climate control, full bathroom and ample storage space.   • I am cruising alone. Why does Carnival charge double for Single Occupancy?
    Cruise fares are based on double occupancy in each cabin. Cruise lines make up for the absence of another passenger by charging what they call a "single supplement" that can be as high as 200% of the standard price. Carnival charges a "single supplement" in a room that would normally hold at least two people. There are no Carnival single person rooms.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
 
Due to contractual obligations with travel suppliers, we strictly enforce a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY.
Deposits and travel insurance are non-refundable and non-transferable. Vacation protection insurance has been included in the of your cruise. Should you choose to not to protect your vacation, you must fill out our travel insurance waiver form releasing Her Travel Experience, LLC of all liability incurred on your during your cruise. All cancellations must be received in writing. If a cancellation is received writing by Her Travel Experience, LLC before the final payment due date of your trip, the non-refundable deposit will be retained as well as any airline, hotel, cruise line or excursion imposed fees or cancellation charges. 

If cancellation is requested after final payment has been paid, you must submit a claim through your travel insurance company if you purchased a plan. Your refund will be issued based on the package purchased minus travel protection cost, Her Travel Experience cancellation fees, and any other imposed fees.

Terms & Conditions
  • All payments to Her Travel Experience, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable after 24 hours.
  • Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport and/or government-issued ID.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice without deposit and first payment. Please make your deposit today that this low price to be locked in.
  • Itineraries are subject to change to accommodate scheduling, weather, safety or harmony of travelers. Her Travel Experience, LLC assumes no liability with changes to the itinerary of third parties.
  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current.
  • Travelers must ensure their roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
  • All prices are based on double-occupancy. If travelers needs anything more or less, please email us at hertravelexperience@gmail.com to make adjustments.
  • If you roommate cancels, traveler will be responsible for 1) finding a new roommate or 2) paying the difference of occupying as a single traveler.
  • Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee up until final payment with management approval.
  • Late payment of $100 per person is required after final due date with management approval.
  • All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment date.
  • Hotels and Cruise Lines have the right to either forfeit or charge an additional fee at the current rate for reservations that do not state the correct occupancy upon arrival.
  • Making register and paying a deposit for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
