Policies, Terms, and Conditions

All travel planning sales from are final.

Should you book and later decide to cancel, choose to book elsewhere, or choose to stop the planning process, this fee will be retained to compensate for our time in consultation, research, pricing, and support before, during, and post travel. This fee is non-refundable, and non-transferrable. In addition, this fee will not be applied to your booking. We pride ourselves in providing the best service. If you are dissatisfied, we will work diligently to resolve any issues. 

Upon receipt of your quote you will have 7 days to make any adjustments or changes to the options we send you. Once 7 days have passed, your quote will expire and you will be required to pay a reinstatement fee of $50.00 before we can continue with the planning process. This $50.00 will reactivate the planning process for an additional 3 days.

Destination changes during or after research will also incur a $50.00 fee per change.

Changes to active bookings will incur a $50.00 post booking fee per change. This includes but is not limited to cancellations. 

Curated Trips

All payments for our trips are final.

Should you book one of our curated trips and later decide to cancel for any reason all payments will be retained to cover fees incurred for cancellation with our travel partners including, but not limited to hotels, cruise lines, airlines, ground transportation companies, car rental companies, etc.

Travel Insurance

It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to protect your trip.

No one like a significant change of plans, but they're common during travel. That is why we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for every trip you book. Policies cover cancellations and will even reimburse your money or reward points if you booked with them.  Click to read more about Travel Insurance.
